Introducing

you to ThriveWell.

Transforming Wellbeing with you.

ThriveWell emerged because we’ve seen how fragmented and transactional the wellbeing space can become especially when all our schools, workplace and organisations are under pressure to “get it right” in the midst of rising complexity.

“Wellbeing isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. It’s a living, evolving system that flourishes when we nurture the right conditions, deepen our awareness, and cultivate our shared response-ability to create the future we want”.

- Jessica Taylor

A research informed model.

Our work draws upon contemporary research, lived experience and is grounded in the following five research-informed frameworks that support people and systems to truly thrive.

  • Thriveability Theory
Focuses on nurturing the strengths and skills needed for individual and community flourishing — not just fixing problems.

  • Wellbeing Science
Draws on evidence from psychology, public health, sociology, and more to improve health, happiness, and quality of life.

  • Regenerative Practices

Regenerative practices are approaches that invite active participation to create positive, reinforcing cycles of wellbeing—both within ourselves and in the wider world. Unlike sustainability, which often focuses on maintaining the current state, regeneration goes further. It emphasises renewal, restoration, and reimagining what wellbeing and our shared future can look like.

  • Compassionate Systems Thinking & Awareness
Encourages people to "see" and "sense" the bigger picture, helping us to truly embrace our interconnectedness with other people and our planet, where we can embrace complexity, and respond with care and compassion.

  • Leadership, Culture & Organisational Change
Supports understanding of how organisations evolve and how effective and adaptive leadership can create meaningful, lasting transformation.

At the heart of ThriveWell

are four essential elements.

  • Being at Our Personal Best ,

  • Being Our Best Together,

  • Cultivating Collective Potential, and

  • Cultivating Systems of Wellbeing.

These elements represent the relational layers of the system we seek to nurture and grow within schools, workplaces, organisations and communities.
